What we collect

When you contact Debugsmith, we may collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, public website link, problem description, messages, and files you later send. Intake details are delivered using our email service provider. We also receive ordinary service and security logs from our hosting and payment providers.

What not to send

Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, API or secret keys, payment-card numbers, private customer information, health information, or material you are not authorized to share. We will request access only when it is necessary and will explain a safer method.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review requests, communicate with you, diagnose and repair software, prevent abuse, process payments, keep required business records, and improve service quality. We do not sell personal information.

Payments and service providers

Payment links are hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms; Debugsmith does not receive or store full card numbers. We may also use hosting, email, and infrastructure providers that process limited information on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry and project records only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your request. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
